We are a bespoke rubber manufacturing company with an ability to provide a large range of precision manufactured rubber products in all sizes and volumes.
Our team have a vast knowledge of rubber from moulding and compound design through to gasket cutting and material selection. We hold a range of materials in stock for a quick turn-around as well as being able to source materials to then manufacture in to the required shape and size.
We also have a range of Tank Door Seals in stock and if we don’t have the size you require we can join extrusion to the required size eliminating the tooling cost.

DKL Technical Rubber Products Ltd has been trading since 1988.
The company was started to provide high specification rubber mouldings and has been successful in doing this for many years with high customer retention and an ever growing customer base.
DKL has been supplying into many different sectors from Liquid control to automotive as well as highly specified requirements for the over head power transmission sector and safety critical parts in aqua marine applications to name a few
Acquisitions
DKL Rubber acquired Techmould Ltd in August 2020.
The acquisition is a further significant step in the company’s growth following the acquisition of Medcraft Bryden in 2016. The Techmould acquisition offers a range of additional services and processes that are now available to our existing customers. Combined with DKL will offer an expanded range of services to our customers.
This combined with DKL Rubber’s existing manufacturing capabilities means that we now are able to offer a more complete rubber manufacturing service. Having our own tooling capabilities will allow more competitive pricing on tooling and a faster turnaround. We are now also able to offer mid to low plastic injection moulding.
Techmould Ltd will continue to operate from the site in Haslingden and will stay as Techmould ltd.
DKL Rubber Ltd acquired Medcraft Bryden in 2016.
The directors identified Medcraft Bryden as a good fit to the DKL Rubber manufacturing service and both business had a different offering that could complement each other. This has had a positive impact on the business growing the combined business and also been able to offer the customer a stronger service level and new products.
